Luis H. Grueso Romero was born in Guapi ( Cauca) Colombia on 3th november, 1956.
He study Industrial Engineering at the Libre University in Bogota.
His first job was with the contraloria general, where he is currently working on.
An one, when he was at an aeroplane he had an accident but fortunately he survived.
